Performance Based Physical Therapy
We walk through functional movements that may be causing you pain and design an individualized plan to relieve that pain.
One-on-One
All treatment sessions are one on one with the same physical therapist each time. No bouncing from therapists to therapists. You will work with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy each time.
Wellness
Once the pain decreases, we do not say goodbye. We offer continued wellness sessions focused on preventing the pain from returning.
Injury Prevention
Maybe you don’t have pain now, but previously had pain? Or just want to improve your game. We will design a customized program for you based on the activities you enjoy doing. From golfing, lifting, running, yoga and more, we can help you prevent injury. We believe that a full body approach is key to preventing injury and we will make sure you are ready to succeed!
