Due to the structure of providing one on one care while also focusing not only relieving your pain, but also injury prevention, we are out-of-network with insurances. We do not let insurance dictate what treatment you receive and how long you receive physical therapy for. With that being said, upon request, a superbill can be provided following physical therapy sessions which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and it is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to receiving physical therapy to determine how much will be reimbursed.
All payments are due at time of service.
We do accept FSA and HSA.
Due to Medicare guidelines, we are unable to see traditional Medicare/Medicaid patients for physical therapy at this time. With that being said, if you have wellness goals and would like to be seen for strength & conditioning or injury prevention, we can still work with you, but a superbill cannot be provided as this is not covered by insurance.
Those with Medicare Advantage plans can still receive a superbill for reimbursement.

We have a step by step guide that walks you through the questions to ask your health care insurance company that we can provide upon request!

Following your treatment, a superbill can be emailed to you which will include a summary of the services provided that visit. You will need to submit this form to your insurance company directly.

Michigan is a direct access state, meaning you do not need a physician referral for the first 10 visits or 30 days of physical therapy. With that being said, if you do plan to submit a superbill, it is best to check with your insurance to see if a referral is needed as many insurance companies still require a referral for reimbursement.
