For those in their off-season, now is the time to get ready! We will design a custom plan designed around movements required for your sport, to make sure you are able to perform your best when the season returns.
Recovery/Dry Needling
Quick 20-30 minute session
This is focused on helping you recover following a big race or competition. This will include needling, cupping and/or stretching, based on your needs with the focus on increasing your recovery and getting you back out there!
