Built to Run: Strength and Mobility Workshop for Runners
A workshop with Dr. Katia Skarupinski designed to educate runners about common injuries, learn important exercises, improve mobility, and build a balanced routine to stay injury-free.
Attendees will receive a comprehensive list of exercises they can incorporate into their own workout routines, in addition to a mobility routine.
The mobility routine will be an interactive element, but all exercises and movements are optional.

Unstoppable: Softball Strengthening
This lifting course is designed specifically for active middle school females who are looking to learn the basics to weightlifting (body weight, dumbbells and kettlebells). Each class is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in sport performance and barbel rehabilitation.
These classes are designed for softball girls, but all middle school girl athletes are welcome to join!
This 8 week course will be from 9:15-10:00am on Monday mornings through the summer. You do not need to attend all 8 classes to sign up!
Additionally, Field Ready Recovery classes will be available Mondays from 10:15-11:00am and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15pm through the summer. These are open to both baseball and softball players to help recover during the busy tournament season.
*No classes will be held week of July 6th and August 3rd.

Field Ready Recovery
This is a softball and baseball focused stretching and recovery class designed to get you back to playing your best!
These classes are designed to help you recover throughout your busy tournament season.
This 8-week course will be from 10:15-11:00am on Monday mornings and 5:30-6:15pm Wednesday evenings through the summer. You do not need to attend all classes to sign up!

Moving Well Through Pregnancy
Join us on May 7th, from 6-7pm to learn how to support your body through pregnancy. This movement workshop will be led by Dr. Kayla Sahr of Pathway Pelvic Health and Dr. Sara Gartland of Better Days Physical Therapy.

Golf Swing Efficiency Workshop
Join Better Days Physical Therapy and Performance Chiropractic at Swing Theory on February 22nd, 2026!

We will be providing golf swing assessments with use of force plates to provide the optimal feedback in order to improve your swing. This session will include review of current swing, feedback on potential modifications and re-testing to see the immediate changes in your swing!

Join us for a 2 week course reviewing how to perform common exercises including squats, deadlifts, chest press and rows. Leave this course feeling confident in your ability to enter a gym and begin your exercise journey!
This course is designed for ladies who are looking to gain knowledge on how to lift with proper form and those who are looking to gain confidence in their ability to step into a gym and go to the weights sections!
All classes will be from 5:30pm-6:30pm and while they will be educational, they will include active movement. Come prepared to sweat!

We are collaborating with Performance Chiropractic and Fleet Feet to host a 100 Mile Challenge and commit to logging 100 miles of intentional movement in January — walk, run, XC ski, snowshoe, bike, treadmill... it all counts!

Come prepared to get your sweat on, but also learn ways to manage stress throughout the school year. Additionally, learn about the importance of movement screens to decrease risk of injury with use of state of the art technology including hand held dynamometers and force plates.
