Built to Run: Strength & Mobility for Runners
A workshop with Dr. Katia Skarupinski designed to educate runners about common injuries, learn important exercises, improve mobility, and build a balanced routine to stay injury-free.
Attendees will receive a comprehensive list of exercises they can incorporate into their own workout routines, in addition to a mobility routine.
The mobility routine will be an interactive element, but all exercises and movements are optional.
