Moving Well Through Pregnancy

Movement throughout pregnancy and guidance with Better Days Physical Therapy. Exercising while pregnant is safe.

Join Better Days Physical Therapy and Pathways Pelvic Health on May 7th, from 6-7pm to learn how to support your body through pregnancy. This movement workshop will be led by Dr. Kayla Sahr of Pathway Pelvic Health and Dr. Sara Gartland of Better Days Physical Therapy.

This will be an interactive workshop, but all exercises and movements are optional.

Leave this workshop feeling confident exercising throughout all stages of pregnancy.
