Join us on May 7th, from 6-7pm to learn how to support your body through pregnancy. This movement workshop will be led by Dr. Kayla Sahr of Pathway Pelvic Health and Dr. Sara Gartland of Better Days Physical Therapy.
This will be an interactive workshop, but all exercises and movements are optional.
Leave this workshop feeling confident exercising throughout all stages of pregnancy.
